Huisregels

Our regulations and the instructions of our staff must be followed at all times.

We expect our visitors to maintain an open attitude toward other guests, regardless of their background, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or age. We reserve the right to deny entry to or remove from the premises any visitors who do not adhere to these rules and/or exhibit aggressive, unruly, homophobic, transphobic, sexist, racist, discriminatory, or ableist behavior.

(Sexual) harassment is not tolerated in our building. If you experience or witness any form of harassment, please report it to our staff on duty. Our employees are trained to ensure the safety of our visitors.

We expect our staff to be treated with the same respect as any other guest. We do not tolerate inappropriate behavior.

Visitors who are visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be denied entry to the building. Bar staff may also refuse to serve you if you are visibly under the influence of (excessive) alcohol or drugs. This decision is at the discretion of our bar staff, and you are expected to respect it.

When leaving the building, please be considerate of our neighbors, do not linger in the square, and depart as quietly as possible. Our staff may remind you of this policy.

Any damage caused to the establishment, its staff, or other guests will be recovered from the responsible parties.

The management is not liable for theft of or damage to your personal property.

Entering Cinetol / Tolbar is at your own risk.

Guests who have caused problems in the past may be denied access.

A minimum purchase is required.

Consuming your own food and/or drinks is not permitted in the establishment or on the terrace.

Alcoholic beverages are not sold to anyone under the age of 18.

Possession, use, or trade of drugs is prohibited.

Theft and vandalism are strictly prohibited.

Violence, discrimination, and sexual harassment are strictly prohibited.

It is prohibited to possess weapons or any other objects that could be used as a weapon.

Smoking is prohibited in this establishment.

Glassware is not permitted outside the premises.

It is not permitted to disturb other guests during their visit to the establishment.

Our staff are authorized to remove guests who behave in a disruptive manner and/or fail to comply with the house rules stated above, and may deny them (further) access to the premises.

Our guests and staff agree that any film and photographic material captured within Cinetol / Tolbar may be used by Cinetol / Tolbar or released to third parties.

If the guest has not arrived within half an hour of the reserved time, the establishment may consider the reservation cancelled, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 9 of the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) of Koninklijke Horeca Nederland (KHN).

All reservations at Cinetol / Tolbar are subject to the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) of Koninklijke Horeca Nederland (KHN).
