RENTALS
Cinetol offers a variety of creative spaces for rent. We have workspaces, studios, and rehearsal rooms available for monthly lease. Additionally, our venue can be rented by the half-day or full day for concerts, meetings, or other gatherings.
Each space has its own unique character and is equipped with the necessary technology and facilities for your event or meeting. Our on-site café, de Tolbar, can provide catering for lunches and drinks.
Venue
Our intimate concert hall is available for hire for album launches, talks, or other types of concerts and gatherings, in addition to our own programming. The rental includes backline, sound, lighting, and other stage equipment. The capacity is 150 people standing or 80 people seated. (not available for private parties)
Onze intieme concertzaal met podium en techniek. Naast onze eigen programmering is de Zaal te huur voor concerten, talks of grote bijeenkomsten. Niet beschikbaar voor privéfeesten of verjaardagen. De capaciteit is 150 personen staand of 70 personen zittend. Ook kunnen wij catering verzorgen, zoals koffie en lunch.
ETAGE
An atmospheric space with a cozy, living-room feel and a small stage, located on the first floor at the back of the building. Are you looking for a venue to celebrate your birthday or host a drinks reception? Or perhaps you want to rent a space for an intimate concert, listening session, (music) workshop, or other performance? The Etage is perfect for that. The capacity is 50 people standing, 40 people seated, or 20 people in a meeting setup.
Tuinkamer
A bright, peaceful space with a rooftop terrace on the second floor. Perfect if you are looking for a space to rent for a brainstorm, meeting, workshop, team session, or presentation. A projector, flip chart, and other essentials are provided. The capacity is 15 people in a boardroom setup and 30 people in a theater setup.
hoofdkwartier
A pleasant meeting room suitable for up to 10 people. The room is located directly above the main entrance. It is a bright space with windows on all sides. This room is also available for hire and is perfect for smaller meetings, brainstorms, or team sessions.
shared spaces
Small Studio
Small studio equipped with an acoustic and digital piano. Ideal for music lessons such as singing or guitar. Suitable for individual or duo rehearsals.
Available to rent by the hour from €11 for regular users (e.g., those wishing to hold singing lessons every Tuesday). Solo or duo monthly subscriptions start at €75 excluding VAT.
Rehearsal space
Soundproof shared rehearsal space for bands and musicians. Equipped with PA, microphones, and backline. Includes storage and a booking system. Available by monthly subscription only.

Concerts and programming
Are you looking to organize a concert or other type of event at Cinetol? We are always open to outside ideas. We evaluate whether they are a good fit for Cinetol and, of course, check our availability, as we have a busy schedule of concerts. If you are working on a concept and would like to take it to the next level, feel free to email us.
creative hub
Cinetol is also a creative hub, housing studios, music rooms, and workspaces. At the moment, only workspaces are available. When you rent a workspace, you share the area with other freelancers. These desks are primarily suited for professionals who spend most of their time working on a computer or laptop.
Shared desk - 140 euros per month.
Dedicated desk - 280 euros per month.
Includes service charges, cleaning, and use of the two meeting rooms in the building. Excludes 21% VAT.
Are you CAWA-certified? If so, you will receive a 20 euro monthly discount.
